Return Policy

We will not accept any liability for Shortage or Damaged goods unless notified in writing within SEVEN DAYS from the Invoice date. Until payment by the Buyer of the Total purchase price and all other sums payable to the vendor hereunder, the property and the title to the goods shall remain with the vendor and shall not pass to the Buyer who shall be a mere bailee thereof.

To conduct the return policy procedure the buyer needs to gain in contact by email or telephone, describing the problem, from which one of the members of staff will then file a return procedure.  The subject will then be investigated, once approved; the money will then be reimbursed to the buyer. The buyer also has to pay for the delivery of goods to be returned. Safe return of the goods and transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be made once we received the goods back into stock. Not including shipping charges, providing the goods are in the same condition as when dispatched i.e. all outer packaging must be intact.  

We cannot refund/cancel your purchase:

If you return your product to a us without proof of purchase
The items has been broken, damaged or used.
The goods were a special order to your specification
